Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for tours booked with Safari Tours & Travels.
Cancellation by You
To cancel, send a written application to our office (email is fine). We will refund the tour cost after deducting the following cancellation charges:

| More than 15 days before departure | 25% of the tour cost |
| 10 to 15 days before departure | 50% of the tour cost |
| 5 to 10 days before departure | 75% of the tour cost |
| Within 5 days of departure | 100% of the tour cost |
15% of the booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases. If the balance is not paid 15 days before departure, the booking is treated as cancelled and the deposit is not refunded.
Cancellation by Us
- If we cancel a tour, we will refund the amount you have paid.
- If we are forced to cancel because of natural calamities, floods, riots, bandhs, strikes or similar events, we will refund the tour cost after deducting 10% as a service charge for the arrangements already made.
Car Rentals
Car rental cancellations are charged at 20% of the total amount, as set out in the car rental terms on our Car Rental page.
